At SYNERGY we use Stripe for our online credit and debit card transactions. Stripe processes online credit card transactions for over 100,000 businesses, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All payments are secure (as per Stripe's privacy policy) and payment through this method allows us to store your preferred payment card on our software for any future payments of services. Your card details are not accessible in any way and cannot be shared.
Cancellation Policy - 24 hours notice is required for cancelling and rescheduling all appointments. You will be sent an email confirmation shortly after booking an appointment and a email reminder 36 hours before your appointment and an SMS message 24 hours before your appointment. Please check your email spam if you are not receiving emails to your inbox. Missed appointments without notice will incur the full appointment fee. Same day cancellations/rescheduling of appointments will incur a 50% appointment fee.
